Technical Business Analyst

Create impact as a Technical Business Analyst
Your Role
This role is responsible for driving the delivery of high-impact, data-driven solutions by combining deep technical business analysis with agile delivery leadership. With a strong focus on understanding stakeholder needs and extracting clear, actionable requirements, the role plays a critical part in shaping initiatives across strategic data fixes, BAU customer requests, and complex reporting needs. Operating in a data-rich environment, the role ensures alignment between business goals and technical delivery by working with platforms such as GDP and Greenplum to support data integrity and enable actionable insights.
In addition to technical business analysis, the role provides agile iteration management to facilitate planning, prioritisation, and delivery of work. Through strong collaboration, agile coaching, and proactive impediment resolution, the role supports the team’s effectiveness and continuous improvement. This hybrid capability enables the squad to respond dynamically to changing business priorities while ensuring delivery remains aligned, efficient, and values-led.
This is a 12-month max term position and will be based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).
Your superior stakeholder engagement skills paired with strong technical business analysis and iteration management expertise will ensure your success in the role.
