A hybrid flexible life @ IAG

Five days myLeave: On top of your annual leave, take an extra five days for whatever you need – moving house, refresh days, pet to the vets, relatives in town or anything important to you.

FlexiPlace: Work from home, a main IAG site, or from an IAG hub. There’s also the option to work up to 30 days annually on either side of the Tasman from your normal work base. *FlexiPlace arrangements are subject to the nature of your role, team, and department.

FlexiTime: Adjusted start / finish times, reduced hours, compressed working weeks / fortnights.

FlexiJob: Job sharing and secondments
