IAG invites highly experienced Digital Senior Solution Architects to join our architecture practice. As an architect you will be responsible defining the capabilities and road maps for your domain and ensuring delivery of desired outcomes to your business stakeholders across AU & NZ. 


You will be responsible for identifying and documenting reusable architecture patterns with project/program level and ensure their alignment to standards, strategies and roadmaps and resolve identified gaps and deficiencies. You will be involved with Enterprise and Domain architects to determine project impacts on current and target states. Furthermore, you will maintain & prioritise demand pipeline and capacity to ensure overall delivery of strategy and architecture deliverables in a timely manner.


A day in the role will have you bring your areas of expertise in Digital architecture including:

  • Brochure Websites, Content management systems, Online & Mobile channels, 
  • Campaign and marketing technologies, Personalization, 
  • Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence
  • Decisioning engines (Automation technologies), 
  • Web Chat integration including Facebook, WeChat etc. 


What you can bring to the role:

  • Digital architecture experience
  • Demonstrated hands on experience developing solution architectures for cross-functional and diverse environments 
  • Ability to assesses and communicate the business costs, benefits, risks, and issues for alternative solutions 
  • Familiarity with industry standard frameworks and notations
  • Experience with formal architectural methods for e.g. TOGAF 
  • Proven experience with roadmap development
