The Role 
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to support the Quality Assurance team with data and analytics including optimization and translation of data requirements for IAG underpinned by robust data, analytics, and insights.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide data and analytical support to the Quality Assurance team in Australian Operations. 
  • Develop, review, and improve reporting suite, with a focus on building technical solutions that leverage prevailing analytical tools, including Tableau and Excel. Produce data visualizations that provide insight into data set structure and meaning. 
  • Support in delivery of high quality consistent BAU and ad hoc reporting 
  • Adapt quickly to comprehend the unique business and operational constraints and needs and resolve those challenges, employing data analysis expertise to create solutions through the application of appropriate analytical techniques and methods 
  • Maintain existing MS Access database solutions in place inclusive of any opportunities to streamline and improve on existing functionality and reporting outputs. 
  • If required, creation of new database solutions or procedures to assist with frequent reporting deliverables or workflow.
