Create impact as a Property Supply Chain Design Specialist.
NRMA Insurance has been helping Australians with their general insurance and actively supporting communities for 100 years. Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), we’re proud to be one of Australia’s most iconic brands.
Your Role
Joining NRMA Insurance’s Property Repair Supply Chain team, you’ll execute on the Supply Chain Business Plan by designing and implementing innovative customer, colleague, and partner propositions that evolve supply chain practices. You’ll refine and design 'game-changing' models that support NRMA’s strategic priorities, focusing on high standards, repair/replacement quality, exceptional experiences, and reducing complexity for quicker outcomes.
You’ll develop commercially astute models that drive NRMA towards efficiency and profitability, improving systems and processes to reduce repair/replacement times. Additionally, you’ll review market innovations, assessing their potential to maximise value across categories and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Leveraging NRMA’s scale, you’ll ensure the company receives optimal solutions through sourcing activities. Your input will also be crucial in providing commentary on Property Model Governance, aligning processes with NRMA’s objectives. Your contributions will be key in evolving the supply chain to meet business goals.
This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from all major cities in Australia.
