As a key team member, you’ll support a portfolio of complex Workers Compensation claims, aiming to support injured workers in their recovery and facilitate their safe and timely return to work.
You'll collaborate with injured workers, their employers, and other relevant stakeholders, such as brokers, medical professionals, and solicitors.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Gulmerrogin (Darwin).
The role offers a Darwin city office location, with flexibility to work from home (up to 3 days per week) .

About You
- An empathetic focus with prior Workers Compensation claims experience
- Have a professional approach and provide exceptional customer service
- Be proactive with the implementation and ongoing review of Case Management Plans and able to make timely decisions in line with legislation and best practice guidelines
- Effectively able to build and maintain trusted and strong working relationships with peers, customers and business partners.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
