YOUR ROLE
Are you passionate about talent development and shaping the future of an organization? IAG is looking for a dynamic and collaborative Consultant, Executive Talent and Leadership to join our team. In this role, you’ll design and implement talent and succession initiatives, ensuring we’re ready to deliver for today and the future.
With your strong attention to detail and analytical skills, you'll work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify IAG’s talent, gather key data, and provide strategic insights to inform development and succession decisions. You will also manage talent assessment and development suppliers, ensuring quality and measuring impact. Collaboration is key, as you'll partner with Organizational Development and Learning teams to foster a strong learning culture across IAG. As a key role in the centre of expertise, you’ll stay informed and provide expertise on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent, leadership, and learning.

This is a permanent position based in any of our major centres across New Zealand or Australia.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences: -

Experience supporting the design and implementation of people frameworks and solutions, or organisational development initiatives

Project/ program management including strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; and experience using/implementing SuccessFactors software is desirable
-
An affinity with data, and a strong understanding of how data interpretation and reporting enhance building better people solutions
-
High level of customer focus with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
-
Excellent team player and able to work well in a collaborative environment.

Comfortable in fast-paced environment and able to manage priorities
-
Strong stakeholder management skills and effective all round communication skills
-
Tertiary qualification and an ongoing commitment to learning
