Remuneration - our approach to remuneration is about recognizing and rewarding your performance. Your fixed pay recognises your capability and performance in your role and is reviewed annually

Leave Options

Purchased Leave - Purchase to up to six weeks additional leave per year in addition to your annual leave entitlement

Annual Leave - after five years' continuous service with IAG, you'll accrue 5 extra days of annual leave per year

Sick Leave - we provide you with 10 days of sick leave per year, so you can take time off when you are unwell

Domestic Leave - we provide you with five days of domestic leave each year to allow you to take time off to care for a dependent family member

myLeave - On top of your normal leave, get an extra 5 days for whatever you need – moving house, rest days, pet to the vets, relatives in town or anything important to you.

Gender Affirmation Leave - 20 days of paid gender affirmation leave per year to support employees who identify as transgender or gender diverse as they undertake gender transition
