Remuneration - our approach to remuneration is about recognizing and rewarding your performance. Your fixed pay recognises your capability and performance in your role and is reviewed annually

Discretionary Incentive Plan - eligible employees can participate in a Short Term Incentive (STI) plan. STIs reward you for your individual and team contribution to the wider success of our business

Personal Development - we're committed to developing our people in a number of ways including providing personal development planning and talent review programmes

Leave Options

Recreational Leave - you can apply to purchase up to two weeks' recreational leave per year, in addition to your annual leave entitlement

Annual Leave - after five years' continuous service with IAG, you'll accrue 5 extra days of annual leave per year

Sick Leave - we provide you with 10 days of sick leave per year, so you can take time off when you are unwell

Domestic Leave - we provide you with five days of domestic leave each year to allow you to take time off to care for a dependent family member
