We’re open to expressions of interest for upcoming WFI Client Service Consultants opportunities across our various locations – Bendigo, Toowoomba, Bunbury, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne. Working full time from our WFI office, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered after the 6-month probation period subject to business requirements.  

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
  • Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
  • Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
  • Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary) 
  • Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary)
