YOUR ROLE
Join IAG’s Group Internal Audit division as a Technology Data & Change Audit Manager.
In this role, you’ll participate and lead independent and objective assurance activity in all technologies including emerging technologies (e.g. digital, cloud and AI) with particular focus on design and operating effectiveness of the control environment over various technology operational domains, , cyber security, and strategic transformation programs across the organisation. You’ll provide quality information to assist stakeholders in managing risk exposures, complying with company policy, regulatory requirements and achieving business objectives.
IT the role will provide exposure to areas such as Transformation/Strategic Change Delivery, Lean, Agile and an increasing presence in emerging risks including regulatory risk in relation to cloud computing, cyber security and third-party risk.
This is a permanent role based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience working in the insurance or financial services industry and/or Big 4
- ISACA certification (CISA/CRISC/CISSP) and/or an IIA qualification and/or an IT industry certification (ITIL, COBIT, NIST).
- Experience executing IT General Control (ITGC) reviews and other technology risk assurance activity in complex and agile environments
- Proven ability to manage complex reviews end to end, influence senior management through adapting style and proactive relationships.
- Strong and proven presentation skills in dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders such as CIO/CDOs, CISOs, IT Senior Managers, Program Delivery Managers, Senior Risk Managers
- Project management / software delivery certification (Prince2, PMP, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum etc)
- Experience in reviewing agile software delivery methodologies and projects
- Experience in data analysis and AI is highly desirable
