YOUR ROLE
The Specialist, Training and Capability is responsible for designing and implementing the CTP Claims’ Learning and Development Framework. This role establishes the annual learning and development plan, emphasising staff onboarding, customer service, leadership, technical expertise, and effective training delivery. It involves engaging internal and external experts as needed to optimise customer, people, risk, and financial outcomes.
This is a permanent role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
ABOUT YOU
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Experience in Personal Injury Scheme
- Ability to analyse, interpret and deliver Personal Injury legislation or policy
- Experience in conducting thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Proven track record in designing and developing effective training programs and materials.
- Experience in delivering engaging and informative training sessions for employees at various levels.
- Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools.
