Your Role

In doing this, IAG needs to ensure that our uplift in digital capability is matched with a MAJOR uplift in our information security capability.
The core purpose of this role is to help protect IAG’s physical, digital and information assets by increasing the awareness and education of our staff, partners and customers.
The position will help develop educational content for the delivery of a Group-wide program that continually ensures our staff have an enhanced understanding of cyber and protective security threats and remain vigilant.
This role is in one of the critical teams in Cyber and Protective Services, which is part of an elite group that is in huge demand across Australia.
A major sophisticated cyber attack against IAG could have a catastrophic impact on the business, and this team is one of the main lines of defence against such an attack.
This role will see you utilise your superb graphic design and written/verbal communication skills to produce a variety of educational content for our Cyber and Protective Services team.
This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney) preferred but would be open to applications from Naarm (Melbourne).

About You
- A degree in graphic design or equivalent demonstrated experience from learning and personal development
- A flair for creating engaging graphic design with a minimum of two years’ corporate business graphic design experience across a range of formats, including general imagery, information design, business documentation, learning content, infographics, videos and animations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong desire to learn new communications technologies to convey educational messages
- Experience understanding complex language and topics and creating supportive visual and interactive graphic designs that convey the desired message or objectives.
- Experience publishing digital content, including working with content management and social interaction systems (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence and Viva Engage)
- Excellent time management skills, to balance numerous campaigns and project priorities
- Excellent organisational and project management skills to plan and execute the Security Awareness Campaign.
