About the Role

- Deliver coaching experiences that embed knowledge, foster growth, and drive a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Provide tailored leadership coaching to individuals and teams, helping them strengthen their capabilities and achieve their professional development goals.
- Continuously monitor learning outcomes, refine approaches based on research and data, and introduce fresh strategies to enhance coaching effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape a strong learning culture that supports leadership development and ongoing capability uplift.
- This is a permanent, full-time position open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne), and Meanjin (Brisbane).
About You

- Confidence in engaging with leaders at all levels of an organisation.
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and support high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, including neuroscience-based learning principles.
- Experience in human-centred design (HCD), customer experience (CX) design, and learning program development.
