Your Role

In this role, you will lead QA planning, execution, and documentation by developing and implementing testing strategies and ensuring they are well-documented. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish effective testing practices and oversee QA efforts for major projects.

Your responsibilities will include contributing to QA designs, participating in estimation sessions, and driving test automation across applications, data, and infrastructure.

You'll enhance automation frameworks, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. Additionally, you'll define and uphold testing standards, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor other test analysts to strengthen the team’s capabilities.

 

This is a permanent full-time role, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne).

 

 

About You

 

  • 8+ years of overall QA experience in SAP/Finance Test strategy, test scope, planning, execution, and documentation on implementation projects for both functional and performance testing.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Senior testing consultant for SAP Finance projects (SAP FSCD preferred)
  • Experience in managing the test team to deliver all test phases – including integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Nice to have hands on experience in working in Guidewire, S/4HANA technologies.
  • Strong end-to-end test cycle using Tricentis, HP ALM, and JIRA tools.
  • Strong experience in QA status reporting (Functional and Performance) to the senior stakeholders
  • Experience in context-based and risk-based testing of complex business applications
  • Expertise in uplifting up and in using Test Automation Framework (TOSCA)
  • Understanding and experience in delivering solutions within ASAP and/or Agile methodology
  • Programming expertise in one or more programming or scripting languages
