Create impact as a Senior Project Manager

Your Role

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-value initiatives that uplift organisational capability and deliver measurable ROI across the enterprise. This role is your opportunity to shape transformation at scale—working across business and technology to lead major programs from strategy to execution.

You’ll set the direction, define delivery approaches, manage risks and interdependencies, and ensure outcomes meet stakeholder expectations—from the frontline to the executive level. With full accountability for program planning, delivery, governance, and performance, you’ll influence senior leaders, build strong partnerships, and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.

You’re a confident leader who thrives in complexity, brings clarity to ambiguity, and knows how to deliver big results. You’ve led multi-million dollar programs, navigated matrixed organisations, and inspired teams to go further, faster. You combine strategic insight with delivery discipline and bring a mindset of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Join us to lead programs that matter and shape what’s next.
