YOUR ROLE

We are hiring a Product Lead to join our Customer Identity and Consent team. The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to help build customer trust through the design and delivery of seamless, secure and compliant Identity and Consent experiences. As the lead product owner, you will guide cross-functional squads in the end-to-end delivery of high-quality product features, which enhance the customer experience, drive growth and support digital adoption. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure that solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. In partnership with the Manager, Customer Identity & Consent, you will help develop product roadmaps and milestone plans, and play a key role in prioritising features to achieve strategic outcomes.  

Your strong stakeholder management skills, delivery of key initiatives and your progress against the product roadmaps will ensure your success in the role. 

This is a permanent role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). 

ABOUT YOU      

  • A passion for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Privacy and Consent.  
  • Proven experience as a product manager / product owner, with preferably the last 2 – 3yrs working on a customer facing digital product in a mid to large organisation. 
  • Previous CIAM experience (any previous work with Okta is a bonus). 
  • Relevant tertiary / post graduate qualifications including Business Management with in-depth product management expertise, preferably in insurance or financial services. 
  • Agile methodology or SCRUM certification preferred, with expertise in sprint planning, backlog management and leading cross-functional squads through successful product deliveries. 
  • Proven ability to write and review detailed business requirements. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and systems. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
