YOUR ROLE   
  

Join our dynamic team as a Procurement Systems Specialist!  

 

You'll be the go-to expert for all things SAP Ariba, supporting users, procurement, and system specialists across various modules. Your role will involve reviewing, developing, and implementing procurement requirements, designing and maintaining procurement templates, and ensuring smooth system controls and release testing. You'll also manage Ariba catalogues, assist with supplier enablement, and drive process improvements. 

 

In this role, you'll enable knowledge sharing, provide top-tier support, and ensure compliance with governance and risk management policies. You'll embody our values and contribute to your team's success by taking on broader responsibilities that align with your skills and development goals.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Meanjin (Brisbane).  

   

ABOUT YOU   
  

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences;  

  • Strong knowledge of all SAP Ariba Modules. 

  • Experience providing system related support to end users, suppliers and procurement professionals 

  • SAP Ariba end-to-end sourcing to pay lifecycle experience. 

  • SAP Ariba procure-to-pay design experience. 

  • Experience in extracting data from financial management systems such as SAP Finance ECC6. 

  • High attention to detail. 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of governance and change management activities. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a large company organisational structure. 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
