Your Role
Are you passionate about transforming business processes to achieve smarter, faster, and more effective ways of working? IIA is seeking a driven and strategic Process Optimisation Lead to lead initiatives that streamline operations, improve performance, and fuel innovation across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across IIA to develop and implement process improvement strategies that align with our strategic goals. You’ll design frameworks and tools that support standardisation and operational excellence, while using data and emerging technologies to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Your ability to influence, coach, and communicate will be key in embedding a culture of efficiency and innovation across all functions.

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of the general insurance and an understanding of the insurance value chain.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in process optimisation, business improvement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
