Make a difference as an Information Consultant 

 

Your Role
As an Information Consultant for our Intelligence team, you’ll be responsible for actioning incoming alerts  from the IAG Fraud Hotline, Intelligence Bank and Payment Fraud alerting systems. You’ll provide support to the Intelligence team through robust information management processes and identification of emerging threats and trends, to help surface insights to reduce Fraud and Scam Loss within IAG. You’ll work within the data collection phase of the Intelligence cycle to support the Intelligence Analysts in producing Intelligence products as well as partner effectively with key stakeholders such as Intelligence team, product owners, operations teams and finance partners. 

 

This is a permanent role with flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia.

About You

  • Extensive understanding of fraud risks and trends, and information management. 
  • Demonstrated experience in a Payments Fraud Detection Function (Merchant, card or Online Banking) 
  • Knowledge of Intelligence principals and Insurance Fraud Risk and Trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives, managers and subject matter experts. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and collaboration skills within a complex organisation.
