Have meaningful impact as an Onsite and Technical Lead
Your Role
You’ll lead the Onsite & Technical team in providing first class Tier 2 technology support, and expertise to both IAG colleagues and remote partners distributed throughout Australia and New Zealand. You’ll coach, guide and support the team to enhance their skills and capabilities while building a team culture that prioritises engagement, builds trust and identifies areas for improvement.
You’ll provide your expertise to support IAG’s strategic technology priorities, operating model, and business plan while translating service goals into actionable objectives, that will promote value, innovation, manage risk, and drive team performance.
This is a permanent role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney)
About You
- Extensive experience in a ServiceDesk / Onsite Support environment, preferably in a large corporate ICT environment
- Well-developed in fostering growth, mentoring and effective line management.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them to a high standard
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to adapt to new technical skills and methodologies
- Expertise in knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management (ITIL) processes
- Sound knowledge of Apple and Microsoft Windows OS including O365 product suite
- Superb customer service and delivery to key stakeholder needs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
