Your Role
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll lead the implementation of customer journey-led marketing programs utilising our automation platform, Adobe Campaign. You’ll define the technical solution design and build segmented customer audiences by using first party data, deploying across all personalisation channels including email, SMS, mail, push, onsite, social and paid digital channels.
Your expertise in personalisation and marketing automation will help translate the business requirements through orchestrated customer journeys.
As a key part of the Personalised Marketing team, you’ll ensure we deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the full customer lifecycle. You’ll be an effective communicator, confidently expressing ideas and fostering collaboration within the broader Personalised Marketing team. You’ll embrace agile ways of working, to continuously deliver to uplift campaign effectiveness and improve business outcomes.
This is a permanent opportunity, to be based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
About You
- Hands on expertise in technical roles within marketing automation platforms; Adobe Campaign/AJO and broader Adobe suite preferred.
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
- Experience translating business requirements into technical outputs, using your expertise to add value and elevate outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience building campaign workflows across a variety of 1:1 channels including email, SMS, mail, push, and digital retargeting.
- Broad understanding of personalisation capabilities and marketing automation best practice.
- Demonstrable experience understanding and working with complex customer data
- Knowledge of digital tracking tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and marketing tags (DoubleClick, Facebook, GoogleAds, etc).
