YOUR ROLE
As part of the Group Finance division, you will manage IAG's internal and external sustainability reporting, with a focus on our annual mandatory climate-related reporting. This involves oversight of qualitative content and data inputs, as well as managing our external assurance engagement.
You will ensure high-quality reporting, maintain efficient record-keeping and due diligence processes to meet external reporting requirements against the AASB S2 standard, and manage the evolution of our internal reporting to provide insights that support meeting our sustainability goals. You will utilise your people leadership skills to continue to develop the Sustainability Reporting team.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney (Gadigal country), Brisbane (Meanjin) or Melbourne (Naarm).
ABOUT YOU
• Proven experience in sustainability reporting and ESG data management, or other regulated financial reporting
• Experience setting up and maintaining formal data quality and due-diligence control processes and managing or supporting external assurance providers
• Strong formal drafting skills
• Systems thinking and structured problem-solving capability
• Stakeholder engagement, verbal communications and influencing skills
• Proven experience leading projects collaboratively across multiple business units
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours
• Experience in building capability and optimising the performance of teams
