Your Role
As a Manager, Strategy, Planning & Engagement, you’ll play a key role in supporting the strategic planning, engagement, and operational rhythm of the Technology & Operations division. This involves ensuring alignment across key initiatives, enabling senior leaders to execute on their priorities, and fostering collaboration across teams. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic counsel, research, and insights to drive high-impact decisions. Your ability to navigate a complex environment, influence outcomes, and facilitate effective planning processes will be crucial to your success.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive strategic planning – Play a critical role in setting strategic direction and planning for execution. Ensure key programs, projects, and initiatives align with business goals and deliverables.
- Be a trusted advisor – Provide strategic counsel and insights to senior leadership.
- Lead and collaborate – Work cross-functionally to optimise opportunities and align divisional priorities.
- Coordinate key business activities – Support executive meetings, quarterly strategy sessions, and leadership offsites by providing data-driven reporting and insights to support leadership decisions.
- Manage communication and engagement – Partner with internal teams to enhance communication and drive alignment.

About You
- A proven track record in stakeholder management, influencing, and building strong relationships
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and change management capabilities
- Experience working in a matrix organisation with the ability to drive outcomes across teams
- Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Business, Accounting, or Finance (postgraduate preferred)
