Your Role     

 

As a Manager, Program Delivery you will lead the Strategic Portfolio delivery team at IIA. You’ll design, plan, and deliver key initiatives that support IIA’s strategic goals. This role involves managing cross-functional programs, transformation initiatives, and overseeing delivery practices, change, and risk. You will work closely with stakeholders across IIA and the wider Group. 

 

The key responsibilities of this role will be: - 

 

•    Oversee program and initiative plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. 
•    Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, progress, and risks. 
•    Manage resources efficiently, ensuring personnel, budget, and technology are available and used effectively. 
•    Monitor performance against metrics and KPIs, and report regularly to senior management. 
•    Enhance delivery capabilities with agile practices to speed up value delivery and ensure quality. 
•    Identify and mitigate risks, developing strategies to minimize disruptions. 

 

This is a permanent full-time opportunity open to candidates based anywhere in Australia.  


   
About You     

 

The successful candidate will have:  

 

•    Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs. 
•    Skilled in program management, project delivery, and change management. 
•    Experience using data and insights for decision-making. 
•    Proven risk management skills. 
•    Ability to handle complexity and change. 
•    Experience fostering a customer-centric environment. 
•    Understanding of corporate finance and budgeting. 
•    Senior stakeholder management and collaboration skills. 
•    Experience in creating continuous improvement environments aligned with agile principles (SAFe and Scrum).
