YOUR ROLE    


 
As the Manager, Delivery Systems, you’ll drive the execution of IIA’s strategy and business plans by developing effective ways of working. Your role will establish delivery model(s) that support best practice execution, systems of work that support value based business decisions and outcomes that are compliant, and approaches that support end to end process excellence and decision making. You’ll collaborate across functions, ensuring effective communication to support for key initiatives. Additionally, you’ll equip teams with knowledge required to execute IIA’s strategy and plans, and monitor business enablement activities and identify improvement opportunities. 

 

Managing risks associated with business enablement initiatives and developing strategies to address challenges are also aspects of this role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organisation’s success by driving strategic initiatives and fostering operational excellence.

 

This is permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to all our IAG offices in Australia.   

 

 

ABOUT YOU      

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally meet the below criteria: 


   
•    Deep knowledge and understanding of delivery tools and methodologies and their application in various scenarios.
•    Project management experience in large and complex delivery environments.
•    Proven experience in business enablement, process improvement, or a related role.
•    Demonstrated experience influencing and engaging at an executive level.
•    Experience with creating a continuous improvement environment aligned with agile ways of working.
