YOUR ROLE

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Culture & Engagement Manager to join IAG’s Culture & Inclusion team on a permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants and advisors focused on the strategic delivery of end-to-end programs of work that bring our cultural aspirations to life and deliver on our people value proposition. This will include focusing on designing, implementing, and overseeing Organisation Development solutions that will enhance our organisational culture, employee engagement, recognition and retention overall. 

 

The successful candidate will be expected to engage work cross-functionally across our business, applying a human-centered design approach that puts our people at the heart, embedding the values, championing our focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, and creating an exceptional people experience.

 

This is a permanent role based in Sydney or Melbourne.

 

 

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • Extensive prior experience in leading an OD team, driving culture change initiatives and applying Organisation Development principles, and practices.
  • Demonstrated previous experience working within complex matrixed organisations and delivering transformational people initiatives across businesses and geographies to support and enable people and business outcomes
  • Proven capability in identifying, designing, mapping, and delivery of strategic change programs
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and generate insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategic objectives into strategic people initiatives and recommend tactical activity
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification/s in HR/OD/Organisational Psychology or related discipline is preferred but not essential
