The Role 
 

In this role, you'll drive agile processes within your team, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes through technology-driven change. You'll enhance your team's delivery capabilities, focusing on customer value, results, and collaboration. Foster innovation and lifelong learning within your team and partners, while developing your skills for broader use within Technology and IAG. 

You’ll lead teams to deliver secure, scalable digital experiences quickly. Provide thought leadership to support strategic priorities. Contribute to value creation, innovation, and improved performance. Plan for future growth, managing products and services across IAG. Demonstrate IAG's values and ensure a safe, healthy workplace. Be responsible for your team’s performance, driving continuous, quality delivery. 

You’ll coach your team on agile practices, fostering improvement and high performance. Ensure transparency of progress throughout sprints. Remove roadblocks and identify technical risks. Facilitate collaboration across teams and projects. Estimate and allocate resources effectively. Develop high-performing teams, fostering continuous improvement and decision-making. Support platform strategies aligned with enterprise goals. Manage demand and capacity with stakeholders, ensuring high platform availability and reliability. 

 

This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from across Australia. 

 

About You 
 

  • Essential: Minimum 5 years practical hands-on experience as Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master) 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills 
  • Continuous improvement mindset 
  • Leadership and negotiation skills 
  • Able to coach / mentor agile team members 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred
