Your Role 

Joining the Home & Niche Go To Market (GTM) team within Retail Insurance Australia (RIA) Distribution, you’ll lead the development of the GTM strategy for the Home & Niche portfolio.

 

Working with the Manager, Home & Niche GTM, this role is accountable for building a GTM plan which is linked to strategy, is robust and actionable for target segments in order to deliver new business, retention and cross-sell growth across the Home & Niche portfolio.

 

The GTM strategy will define how we win in target segments of the Home & Niche market that’s aligned to our customer value proposition, how we drive profitable growth and how we create competitive advantage to achieve portfolio targets.

 

Working collaboratively across functions within RIA including Customer Experience & Marketing, Digital Business, and Product & Pricing, you’ll develop clear priorities, an actionable GTM plan and facilitate delivery to achieve desired growth and customer experience outcomes.

 

This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney), Meanjin (Brisbane) and Naarm (Melbourne).  

 

About You 

  • Demonstrated experience with strategy development and planning including the design and successful delivery of GTM plans to achieve profitable growth
  • Sound business and commercial acumen with a customer experience focus.
  • Analytical & quantitative skills including research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders in a collaborative manner across all levels of the business
  • Ability to tell data-driven stories in a clear and concise narrative
  • Experience with identifying and managing risks with effective risk controls
  • Experience or knowledge of personal or consumer insurance lines/products preferred though open to financial services and telco industry experience
