Your Role
As a Fraud Product & Optimisation Specialist, your role is to support and oversee our Fraud Product and Platforms ensuring they are optimised to meet the current and future needs of our stakeholders both within Counter-Fraud & Intelligence (CF&I) and broader IAG teams. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders and service providers to deliver strategic outcomes for the business partners we service, along with ensuring our platforms are fit for purpose to meet identified Risk & Regulatory Obligations and reporting targets. 

This is a permanent role with flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia. 

About You

• Demonstrated experience in vendor management
• Demonstrated experience of product governance, preferably technology platforms.
• Demonstrated experience ensuring products meet both risk & regulatory obligations and an astute awareness of the current regulatory landscape. 
• Strong understanding of project management principles 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives, managers and subject matter experts.
• Excellent presentation skills, both the preparation and presentation of packs at executive level line of sight  
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and negotiation skills within a complex organisation
• Strong understanding of fraud and corruption risks relative to the general insurance industry. 
• Ability to evaluate business process and practice to provide insights and input to strategies and business improvements.
