Your Role  
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to support your team who technically assess injuries for permanent impairment and injury severity within legislation frameworks to ensure fair and reasonable compensation for injured persons.  The role focuses on managing and supporting the successful implementation of the claims segmentation model, with an emphasis on efficiency and competency of team performance, working towards the goal of one team which centres on customer, capability, performance and quality of work.   

Your leadership experience paired with your high attention to detail and ability to liaise and build relationships with different stakeholders will ensure your success in the role. 

This is a 12 month max term position to be based in – NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT or SA. 

About You  

• Extensive CTP claims management experience 
• Experience in successfully leading and managing a team 
• Workflow management 
• Able to build and maintain service quality and excellence to achieve financial performance and service metrics 
• Able to effectively build and manage relationships with business partners
