Your Role
You’ll be joining a high energy and motivated team supporting our Direct Insurance Division (DIA) within in the Analytics & AI team.
Within the role you will be required to lead development of AI strategy for DIA, identifying opportunities to use AI to enhance the business in sales, service, claims and operations. Assess current capabilities and identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions.
About You
- Extensive years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and generative AI projects.
- Proven background in the insurance or related sector, with familiarity with its unique challenges, processes, and opportunities.
- Demonstrable experience in leading or influencing strategic initiatives, preferably related to technology and digital transformation.
- Ability to conceptualize and integrate AI solutions into broader business strategies.
- Aptitude for identifying business challenges and conceptualizing AI-driven solutions that address them
- Proficiency in evaluating the potential risks of AI implementations and devising strategies to mitigate them.
- Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, and languages. While not required to be hands-on, understanding the technical intricacies is crucial.
- A genuine interest and commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.
