Consultant- Workers Compensation

Your Role

Be part of a growing business! We’re looking for multiple Consultants to join our high-energy Workers Compensation team based out of Boorloo (Perth).

This is a dynamic role, with a strong focus on injury management and optimal return to health for injured workers.

This role offers excellent exposure, involving collaboration with diverse stakeholders and efficiently managing numerous inquiries. You’ll provide subject matter expertise and deliver an exceptional customer-service experience.

This role offers great flexibility, with a requirement to work from the office two days per week, post-training. We are open to part-time work arrangements.

About You

We are looking for someone who is agile and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate:

• Strong technical experience in the insurance claims industry is advantageous
• Competent phone conversation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, listen, and resolve customer enquiries
• Demonstrated ability to show resilience and empathy towards customers
• Developed communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Proficient with computers & systems - juggling multiple software systems at the same time
