Workplace Analyst, Property

The Role 
Assist the management of IAG’s Workplace Accommodation data, supporting IAG Property and the business to deliver initiatives, ensuring IAG Workplace is optimised through strong data analytics, good governance, systems and processes. This is an initial 6 Month max-term contract. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

As part of your role you will:

  • Support the Property team with data analytics
  •  Identify opportunities for development of future strategies
  •  Support the business with insights related to property utilisation that drives changes in workplace behaviour or optimisation strategies. 
  • You will proactively manage accuracy of data in Serraview/Engage to ensure excellent end user workplace experience 
  • Assist the business with aligning their property reports/insights with divisional data needs. 
  • You will identify, analyse and communicate opportunities for workspace optimisation and collaborate with the workplace team and wider business to ensure opportunities are flagged and delivered. 
  •  You will provide reporting on all aspects of IAG Property function including but not limited to workspace utilisation, vacancy, headcount movement, property costs and future opportunities.  
  • Support workplace team with Engage service model (dashboard/ tickets assistance).

Skills & Experience

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel (nested functions, pivot tables, etc)
  • Desire to learn advanced analytics skills (Python, SQL, Tableau)
  • Previous experience in an Analytics role or team. 
  • Good reporting writing and editing skills 
  • Previous experience in Workplace/ Property role – desirable but not essential.
