Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

 

As a Personal Lines Account Manager - CPF you’ll be responsible for the development and management of relationships with an allocated group of Aon Brokers. This includes underwriting existing business and identifying new business opportunities within their broker portfolio and providing the key relationship between NZI and the broker.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team that offers competitive national risk coverage and a leading product offering.  You'll work to build a strong partnership with Aon where you'll really get to understand customer needs and assess risk accordingly.

 

This is a permanent fulltime role to join our Central North Island CPF team in Hastings / Tauranga / Wellington/Hamilton.

If you are someone who loves a challenge, enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and can hit the ground running learning on-the-job then this role is for you! You’ll also need the following skills and experience: 

 

  • Personal Lines underwriting and pricing experience 
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills 
  • Awareness and understanding of the local commercial insurance market 
  • Sound decision making skills with the ability to exercise judgement 

 

You’ll be based out of an AON office for most of the week so being proactive, self-motivated and someone who enjoys working as part of a team is key to the role.
