Your Role
As a Manager, Production services you will deliver efficient Trans-Tasman Facilities and Services Management across entire property portfolio, while considering health & safety, risk, ESG and service excellence. You will be managing a team of 35 staff including contractors and permanent staff. As a part of your role, you will be managing and talking to services (mailroom, curation, catering, events management etc)
Key responsibilities include:
- Business case development for partnering & service procurement opportunities within the function and with the rest of organisation where applicable
- Alignment and delivery of measurable and impactful sustainability outcomes within Facilities and Services remit and in line with IAG strategic ESG commitments
- Manage Trans-Tasman Facilities & associated third party providers to deliver superior customer service and workplace experience through an improvement plan that delivers service on time and on budget
- Input into the budgeting process with regards to future facilities and services expenditure
- Management of projects transition into operations and active input into improvement opportunities
- Management of all property and energy related sustainability reporting and continuous ESG improvement initiatives
- Management of ongoing landlord and premises issues, and facilitate owners’ consent for capital works
- Work with Property Project Delivery team, to input requirements into new workplace and operations models related to office facilities and service provisioning
- Initiate and manage facilities & services (catering/curation) diversity initiatives for inclusion in the workplace
This is a permanent role open to candidates anywhere in Australia ideally Melbourne or Sydney.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant work experience in corporate real estate, projects and facilities management and/or services management.
- Someone with strong experience and knowledge of Docusign or similar tool
- Strong understanding and experience of service agreement and vendor management
- Strong strategic mindset and stakeholder management.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including managing expectations
- Well-developed time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and coordinate others to meet milestones
- People management skills and ability to coach and develop
- Undergraduate qualification in Property, Hospitality, Engineering or related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience
