YOUR ROLE
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to deliver exceptional advice and support implementing and embedding remuneration and governance projects including CPS511.
This role is critical in developing, supporting and executing frameworks and processes to support compliance with remuneration regulations particularly relating to third party supplier obligations and remuneration framework effectiveness reviews.
Your strong remuneration governance experience, stakeholder engagement skills, ability to influence and delivery and execution focus will ensure your success in the role.
This is a max term role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Wurundjeri Country (181 William Street Melbourne) for a period of 12 months with potential to extend.
Please note - this is a part time role - 30 hours per week or 0.8.
ABOUT YOU
- Extensive demonstrated experience in design and delivery of remuneration, preferably executive remuneration and governance, within an ASX listed and APRA regulated organisation of significant complexity or consulting on remuneration to complex organisations
- Tertiary qualification/s in finance/HR or related fields
- Demonstrated project and change management experience that ensure effective execution of projects and sustainable benefit realisation in the business
- Experience working in financial services industry or large ASX listed corporate environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, consulting and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy of research and data
- Strong numeracy skills
- Relationship management skills to build effective, collaborative partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Able to adapt, respond and lead through changing external and internal regulatory and environmental factors
