YOUR ROLE 

As an Appian Java Developer, you will focus on creating and maintaining Appian plugins and integrations. Your responsibilities will include driving technical design and analysis, software programming, integration, package evaluation, configuration, and support, ensuring the overall integrity and functionality of the software aligns with business solutions.  

This permanent position is based in Melbourne and offers a hybrid work model. 

ABOUT YOU 

We are looking for a motivated Appian Java Developer who is passionate about advancing their skills in Appian and Java, adhering to best practices, and achieving superior results for both customers and the business. The role demands expertise in the following areas: 

• Proven experience as a Technical or System analyst with expertise on Appian SaaS as a developer 
• Java hands-on dev skills for Appian plugins etc is mandatory 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer solutions to complex challenges.  
• Working in Agile teams with Scrum experience 
• Strong knowledge on Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence 
• Prior development experience is a big plus 
• Strong communications skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
