Your Role 

As an Appian Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality Appian solutions that drive business transformation and innovation, fostering long-term relationships with your stakeholders. You will ensure the Appian solutions for strategic programs and other agreed initiatives align with IAG Strategy, Technology Strategy and are compliant with Group Policy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Own the Appian Architecture and recommend best practice solutions based on customer needs 
• Bring in thought leadership in your field of expertise to support the planning and execution of Technology and Divisional strategic priorities. 
• Contribute to both Technology and IAG performance with insights, collaborative input and expertise that promotes value creation, innovation, managed risk, and improved performance  
• Continue to develop and plan for future growth, enabling enterprise programs and managing products and services across the entire IAG estate. 
• Demonstrate the IAG purpose and provide leadership to staff and partners that enables, promotes and demands IAG behaviours at all times  

This is a 12 months fixed term hybrid role for a candidate based anywhere in Australia. 

About You

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Proven experience as an Appian Architect, with expertise across multiple projects 
• Strong knowledge of Appian  architecture, design patterns and integration capabilities 
• Superb communication skills including the ability to translate deep technical concepts into simple and easily understood business term 
• Appian certifications
