Your Role 


The role of the Regional Sales Representative (RSR) is to achieve Profitable Growth by building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders. The RSR is accountable for developing a portfolio of business that includes both renewals and new business within a specified area. The portfolios are based in Brisbane and Gold Coast. 


This is a permanent role open to candidates in Brisbane and Gold Coast. 
 
  
About You 


•    Experience in a sales and service role in the insurance industry
•    Accountability for delivering on a sales target and profitable growth for the business
•    Demonstrated the ability to engage and maintain strong client relationships
•    Understand regulatory environment, underwriting procedures and rating principles
•    Trained to the level of Tier 1 PS 146 or higher in relation to general insurance products
•    Strategic mindset, financial acumen, customer focus and result driven
