Are you ready to lead and innovate? As a Manager, Personal Lines Portfolio Management, you'll drive the strategic direction of our commercial property portfolio, delivering sustainable solutions for shareholders, customers, and people. You'll ensure our portfolio aligns with the insurance risk framework, monitor product performance, and build customer-centric propositions. You'll foster collaboration, inspire continuous improvement, and stay ahead of market trends.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to all our IAG offices in Aotearoa (New Zealand) with a preference for Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
• Solid experience in General Insurance, preferably in an underwriting function
• In-depth understanding of key parameters and decision factors in managing insurance portfolios
• Comprehensive knowledge of profitability drivers within the insurance sector
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven relationship and influencing skills
