Mō te Tūranga | About the Role   

As a Domain Architect, you will be part of a technology products and services division focused on creating market differentiation through resilient, innovative technology at scale. You will map and discover the business capabilities, products, and services required for your assigned domain, and define the strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Product Management and stakeholders.   

You will also be involved in solution architecture for targeted initiatives as needed, ensuring that the services defined by your domain deliver the desired experience outcomes. By working closely with stakeholders, you'll prioritise roadmap initiatives and enable teams to activate secure, robust, and scalable digital experiences for customers, colleagues, and partners, all delivered at speed. 

 

This is the permanent role open for all the major cities in Australia and New Zealand. 

 

 

Ōu Pūkenga | About You 

 

  • Extensive experience in domain / enterprise / solution / technology architecture space in a large organisation, preferably financial industry  
  • Demonstrable experience with domain architecture, roadmap development and solution architecture for cross-functional and diverse environments  
  • Experience facilitating workshops and building consensus around a shared vision  
  • Experience of teaching/educating/coaching/mentoring stakeholders to reinforce a mentality of continuous process improvement 
  • Some experience with formal architectural methods e.g. TOGAF 
  • Familiarity with industry standard frameworks and notations  
  • Creates cohesive IT architecture applications for information and platforms and produces solution outlines and migration paths for moving from baseline state to target state 
  • Oversees the compliance of IT architecture principles for an organisation and uses enterprise architecture to obtain and use information relevant to the solution 
  • Develops, maintains, communicates and provides IT architecture solutions based on business and technical requirements 
  • Directs a high-level enterprise information technology architecture 

 

Ideal Experience 

  • Assisted channel and Contact Centre platform experience 
  • Experience in Micro-Frontend architecture 
  • Knowledge and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 
  • Experience with Telephone and Messaging
