Sales & Service Consultant

The Role
 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Service Consultant to join our Swann Insurance team located in Melbourne CBD on a 6-month contract. In this role you will provide an exceptional customer experience, handling general enquiries and maximise sales and retention opportunities by identifying customer needs. In addition, you will live our purpose by providing certainty to every customer by being there for them when they need us.

 

Working 37.5 hours a week, these positions will work across a rotating roster between 8:30am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will also require the flexibility to work from the Melbourne CBD office and from home.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Provide quality customer service
  • Update customer policies as per their requests 
  • Cross sell and up sell to our customers to better meet their insurance needs
  • Ensure availability to manage telephone and email customer enquiries
  • Support achievements of the team and IAG’s objectives by demonstrating IAG's core behaviours
