Our next chapter: Ambition 2030

Ambition 2030 sets the course for IAG's next phase of growth, outlining how we'll create value for customers, communities, people and shareholders. Built around our strategic priorities of Customer Obsession, Insurance Excellence, Future Fit Operations and Exceptional People, it shapes priorities across the business. From strategic planning and transformation to governance, finance and people initiatives, it creates opportunities to influence the decisions that help turn long-term ambition into meaningful action.

Building climate resilience

Our aspiration is to work towards net zero emissions across all our operations by 2050, while enhancing climate resilience and capturing opportunities through the transition. Our Climate Action Plan continues to guide how we adapt to a changing climate while strengthening disaster and community resilience. This means collaborating with government, industry and communities to ensure homes, businesses and infrastructure are located, designed and maintained for the future conditions they will face. We know that to better support our customers and communities, we must continue to identify, understand and manage our own climate risk.

Backing Indigenous businesses

Our commitment to spend $10 million with Indigenous suppliers over the next 3 years reflects a long-standing focus on creating meaningful economic opportunities and supporting Indigenous businesses to grow and succeed. Building on more than a decade of reconciliation action as the first major insurer to establish a Reconciliation Action Plan back in 2013, we're also focused on increasing Indigenous representation, supporting career development and fostering a culturally safe and inclusive workplace. Together, these commitments help strengthen economic participation and contribute to lasting progress towards reconciliation.
